A residential project in the northern suburb of Beirut, consisting of two four-story residential blocks named A and B. These blocks are characterized by their unique design, resembling prisms. The location allows for stunning views, with apartments overlooking the sea to the west and the surrounding mountains to the east.

The collaboration with MEG architects suggests a joint effort in developing the design, indicating a thoughtful and professional approach. The two blocks, A and B, share a common basement, which is dedicated to parking and technical rooms. This not only optimizes space but also fosters a sense of unity between the two structures.

Block A comprises eight apartments, with two on each floor, eachspanning 150 square meters. Meanwhile, Block B houses four larger apartments, each covering 240 square meters. This variety in apartment sizes may cater to different preferences and needs of potential residents. The concept of a constant dialogue between the two blocks implies a harmonious and interconnected design, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal and functionality of the residential complex.
